Dear Dance Directors,
With great honour we are delighted to invite you together with your dance students to the Gran Gala Performance of Dance, wich will tale place from 3th to 7th september 2008 in Porto Rotondo, Sardinia , Italy.
The leading role will be the following categories of dance: Ballet, Contemporary dance, Modern-Jazz, hip-hop, Musicals and folks dancing.
The experience will enfold you in a beautiful picture frame, which has been honoured by numerous artists of international fame in a magical atmosphere in this charming and spectacular amphitheatre of the very prestigious and renowned seaside town of Porto Rotondo.
Dance Festival 2008 would like to be a moment of growth and comparison of various styles of dance in a competition open to all nations.
We would like to share this magic moment with you and your dance students inviting your school and many others to this Dance Festival.
This beautiful, unique, rocky Mediterranean island will offer you, spectacular beaches and imaginable tonality of blue and emerald green of its sea, an Event in three Special Evenings in Porto Rotondo and also , Sunday night, 7th September, in Olbia, the Show, â?? The Best of Itâ? will see the school again with their best choreographies exhibit open air at the historical Centre of Olbia.
Dance directors have opportunity to network and attend all performances by groups from all over the world: school coming from Irland, England , Usa, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Russia, Ucraina, Messico and Italy.
Three awards for every category as well as two scholarships and six special awards foreseen for this memorable event.
Hoping for the next future to exchange dance experience and in the mean time offer the possibilities to dance with teacher of different countries.
Stage and dance courses of different categories will be organised during this three days of performance with the supervision of famous and international choreographer and dance teachers.
